OPUS is part of the new head office fit-out for Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP in the new Bay-Adelaide North tower. This 5 story, approx. 110,000 square foot fit-out scope includes of HVAC, plumbing, insulation, controls and balancing. OPUS has been involved in installing MDF/UPS/LAN rooms, serveries, bathrooms & showers, bottle filling stations, general office space and more, in this executive space.
