OPUS Mechanical Services Ltd. was responsible for a multi-floor tenant fit-out consisting of 5 office floors and a ground floor branch. The mechanical scope includes a sheetmetal and plumbing in a raised floor system. OPUS completed all work simultaneously due to restrictive deadlines. The computer rooms were completed on their timeline and required CRAC units interlocked with the fire suppression system.
