OPUS Mechanical Services Ltd. was responsible for a retrofit project that consisted of a full demolition of existing 3 floors of office space. This included HVAC and control upgrades as well as the installation of kitchens and washrooms. OPUS was successful in obtaining the maintenance contract for the building upon completion.
