A complete tenant fit-out of this 2-storey, 26,300 sq ft. heritage office space, we were tasked with completing all mechanical services on a demanding schedule. With an open ceiling concept, all services were left exposed to reveal the quality of workmanship in our HVAC and plumbing installs.
