OPUS is part of the new fit-out of Scotiabank executive space at the new Bay-Adelaide North Tower. This highly finished space, approx. 74,000 square feet, includes HVAC, plumbing, insulation, controls and balancing over 3 floors. OPUS has been involved in installing full size kitchen spaces (including dishwasher exhaust), MDF/UPS/LAN rooms, terrace irrigation and bar, bathrooms & showers, general office space and more, in this executive space. The space’s kitchen scope also includes extensive supply & exhaust systems with a MUA unit, kitchen exhaust fan, filter boxes and booster fan (kitchen exhaust running from L10 & 11 down to a booster fan on L2) to complete this executive space and more, in this executive space.
