Opus is performing the full mechanical scope for the new main clubhouse at Osprey Valley. This is a new building consisting of event spaces served by multiple kitchens, pro shop, restaurant and overnight accommodation as well as underground cart storage facilities with sophisticated HVAC, kitchen exhaust, and plumbing requirements.
