Renovation of a 2,200 m2, 35’ high open web steel joist building with below grade parking structure for a new veterinary referral clinic. Our scope entailed new plumbing, drainage, HVAC, Controls, med-gas & central vacuum systems as well as the associated hot water tanks, split AC’s, fans, new air handling unit and repairs of existing roof top units. We supplied and installed a new chiller and quench duct for an owner supplied Siemens MRI machine and exhaust system for owner supplied fume hoods.
