Design-Build project, where OPUS partnered with Diligent Construction, The HIDI Group, KMAI & Panson Electric to form the DB team. The project entailed the renovation of an existing 4 Story building to provide lodging for patients receiving treatment at Princess Margaret. Our scope of work included replacing of the central, boilers, hot water tanks and air handling units as well as the in-suite plumbing and HVAC.
